Chain & Drives Refund Policy
For faulty products, Chain & Drives offer a 30-Day Refund Policy, from the date you receive your product. If 30 days has exceeded, our Refund Policy will no longer be valid.
Please Note: Postage fees apply to all return orders. Chain & Drives will assist you with organising the good/s to be delivered to our warehouse located at Unit 1, 45 Inspiration Drive, Wangara, WA, 6065, if required. The expense for shipping will be incurred by the customer.
If your product is faulty, it will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you an alternative product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 7 working days from the date we receive the faulty product. (Note: Some products may require ordering from the manufacturer resulting in an extended delay of two (2) weeks.)
Change Your Mind
Chain & Drives do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any products, however, due to their high level of customer service, we will endeavour to keep customers satisfied.
If you change your mind, we will offer a store credit on your account for all products/services available on our website. Chain & Drives will organise the return shipping, with the cost deducted from your credit amount.
To be eligible for credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial credit is granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that was agreed to by the customer as a special order with product customisation.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To begin the return or refund process, please send your receipt and invoice number or proof of purchase to email@example.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Chain & Drives will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Depending on your delivery location, the period of time for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If the refund has still not appeared in your nominated account, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
