Slewing bearings are necessary when in a given machine or system, one structural part needs to rotate in the opposite direction to another along a fixed axis, whilst guaranteeing the axial and radial link between the two parts.
The ISB slewing bearing must support and transmit the operating loads of the structure to which it is connected; furthermore, ISB slewing bearings must guarantee the application's required degree of precision, compliance with operating parameters and the requested life-cycle. It is clear that the slewing bearing is a fundamental component for the application in which it is inserted, which must be selected according to specific technical analyses.
The most common applications are: excavators, concrete pumps, boom lifts and man lifts, crane trucks, civil and harbour cranes, compactors, wind turbines, radars, manipulators and positioners, filling carousels, rotary tables.
We also supply IMTEC's ROLLIX manufacture Standard, Light and RLX Compact type slewing rings, as well as specialised bearings for bottling machines, indexing tables, precision and heavy duty applications.
|Standard:||Standard series consists of ball and crossed
roller types, with a hardened and ground raceway.
|Light (up to 1.2m in dia):||The light series type, with larger raceway
clearance offers an economical solution for
|RLX Compact:||Rollix's new compact line features high stiffness
and weight saving design with high accuracy.
